During the Canada Post strike, Oshawa Power customers are still responsible for paying their account balance before their due date. Late payment charges will still be in effect for unpaid bills.

All Oshawa Power customers can access their bills, account balance, and due date through our online customer portal, MyOshawaPower. Customers registered for MyOshawaPower will also receive a monthly email notification when their electricity bill is available.

Our Customer Service team is also available to help customers manage their Oshawa Power account.
To enroll in MyOshawaPower or make a payment on your account, you will need to have your Oshawa Power account number.
Your account number can be found at the top of your previous bill.
Customers that are already enrolled in MyOshawaPower will not be impacted by a postal service disruption.
