Our PAP program offers a simple, stress free way to manage your bills payments. Simply enroll once and your bill amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on your due date each month.
You will still receive your monthly account statements to help you manage your usage and confirm bill amounts and due dates.

We offer a convenient Budget Billing plan that divides your annual energy costs into 12 equal monthly payments based on your home’s previous electricity consumption. Once per year the difference between your actual and estimated usage will be reconciled on your bill.
